There are 2 options for this: (1) The Tenants have agreed in advance that they would like to opt in for the Bills Included Package as part of their Tenancy OR (2) The Tenants have opted to sort out bills themselves.
(1) Bills Included: The prices have been provided to the tenants and also to their Guarantors as part of the referencing paperwork. The tenants will have been provided with all necessary information and terms for this package.
(2) Bills Not Included: The bills will be the responsibility of the tenants to set up and make payment of. They will however, have your own dedicated Account Manager to ask questions and get help on this if they need it.
